Use of the ServiceSowakto provides tools to help you track habits, workouts, meals, finances, goals, schedules, and personal planning data in one centralized workspace.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.You may not use the Service in a way that infringes upon the rights of others or interferes with the operation of the platform.2. Account Data and ContentYou retain control over the information you enter into the Service, including your profile details, tracking entries, schedules, and uploaded images.Vision board images and similar uploads are intended for private personal use within your own account and are not designed as a public sharing feature.You must not upload or store illegal content, sexually explicit content, exploitative content, violent criminal content, or content that violates applicable law.Sowakto may remove content, restrict access, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.Sowakto stores and processes your data solely to operate the Service, maintain functionality, provide reminders, and improve user experience.You may update or delete your information at any time through app settings.
Requests to delete an account are subject to a brief grace period before permanent removal.3. Subscriptions and PaymentsCertain features of the Service may require a paid subscription.All billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the applicable platform provider (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to their terms and policies.Sowakto does not issue refunds except where required by the applicable platform or by law.4. Service Availability and ModificationsSowakto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.We may limit or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms.These Terms may be updated periodically.
The most current version available on the Sowakto website will govern your use of the Service.5. Prohibited ConductYou agree not to:
- Copy, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Use automated tools to scrape or access the Service without authorization
- Disrupt or interfere with the Service or its users
- Upload or distribute malicious software or harmful content
- Upload illegal, abusive, exploitative, or violent criminal content
- Use the Service for harassment, abuse, fraud, or unlawful activity6. Disclaimer and Limitation of LiabilityThe Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.Sowakto makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability, accuracy, or availability.To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sowakto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.7. Can I get a refund?Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their billing policies. We can help direct you to the correct refund request page.

What happens if I cancel?Your premium access stays active until the current billing period ends. After that, your account returns to free features.

Can I restore my subscription?Yes. Sign in to the same account and tap Restore Purchases in the app.

Can I delete my account?Yes. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Your account enters a short grace period before permanent deletion.
