By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.1. Who We AreSowakto is a personal productivity and tracking app that helps users manage habits, tasks, activity/workout logs, meal tracking, finances, schedules, and goals.2. Eligibility and AccountsYou must be at least the age required in your jurisdiction to use the Service.You agree to:Provide accurate account information

Be responsible for activity under your account
You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account.3. License to Use the AppSubject to these Terms, Sowakto grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, in accordance with applicable app store terms.You may not:- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, except where law permits
- Copy, distribute, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works
- Bypass security, paywall, entitlement, or access controls4. Subscriptions, Billing, and RefundsCertain features require a paid subscription.For iOS:- Purchases are processed by Apple App Store
- Apple billing terms govern pricing, payment, renewals, cancellations, and refunds
- Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before renewal
- Free trials (if offered) convert to paid unless canceled before trial end
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your Apple account settings
- “Restore Purchases” is available in-app for eligible purchases
- Refunds are handled under Apple policies, except where law requires otherwise5. Data, Deletion, and RetentionYou control your app entries and content.When you request account deletion:Your account is marked pending deletion
Permanent deletion is scheduled after a 30-day grace period
If you sign back in during that grace period, deletion may be canceled and account data may be preserved

- Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them as applicable14. Can I get a refund?Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store billing policies. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

What happens if I cancel?Your premium access stays active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account automatically returns to free features.

Can I restore my subscription?Yes. Sign in with the same account used for purchase, then tap Restore Purchases in the app.

Can I delete my account?Yes. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Your account enters a 30-day grace period before permanent deletion.
