These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Sowakto workspace (the “Service”) delivered through sowakto.com and the Sowakto mobile app. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.1. You may only use the Service for lawful purposes and agree not to share content that violates anyone’s rights.2. Account dataYou control the profile, tracker entries, and media (photos, notes) you add. Sowakto keeps your data available so the Service functions, provides reminders, and surfaces insights. You may delete or update your information via the app’s settings; account deletion requests are processed with a brief grace period before final removal.3. Subscription & paymentsIf you subscribe to premium features, payment terms, billing, and cancellation follow the rules of the platform store (App Store, Google Play). Sowakto does not issue refunds except as required by the applicable store policy.4. Limits and modificationsWe reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service (or your access) for any reason, without liability. How do I get started?Download the Sowakto app, tap “Get started,” and complete the quick onboarding (camera permission → diet goal slides → username/signup).

How accurate is the AI calorie tracking?Our AI blends computer vision with nutrition data to deliver best-effort calorie and macro estimates from your food photos—accuracy improves as we refine the models and you log more meals.

Is my data safe?Yes. We keep everything encrypted, only request camera access when you choose to capture meals, and never sell your data—delete your account any time via the app settings.

Do you offer a premium plan?Yes—premium unlocks extra insights and AI features. You can subscribe through the App Store or Google Play; billing follows their policies.

How do I cancel my subscription?Simply cancel from the App Store or Google Play account you used to subscribe, or drop us a note at [email protected] and we’ll help process it.
